I hereby assume all of the risks associated with my child(ren)’s participation in this event.  I am aware that the candy and toys contained in the eggs may not be appropriate for all ages of children., as well some of the candy may contain peanut products as well as other allergens.  I will take the necessary precautions to assure my child(ren)’s safety. 

I release the organizers, and sponsors of all liability associated with this event and take full responsibility for all actions of both myself, and that of my child(ren).  As well I accept that the organizers and sponsors accept no liability in regards to the actions of other participants, spectators, and volunteers. 

I understand that at this event photographs will be taken.  I agree to allow all photos and video taken of myself or my child(ren) to be used for legitimate purposes by the sponsor and volunteers. 

I hereby certify that I am the parent/legal guardian of the following child(ren) and that I have read this document, and I understand and agree to its content.
